Obituary of Nghia Hon Hua
Nghia Hon Hua, 62, of Brampton, Ontario passed away on February 22, 2021, after a valiant and brave battle with COVID-19. He was born on July 17, 1959, to Diec Hua and Khue Kim Tran in Bac Lieu, Vietnam.
For much of his life, Nghia was an expert jeweller who was revered in his craft. He later brought his skillset and dedication to Discovery Precision Machinery Inc. Nghia was also a passionate foodie and traveller and could often be found planning his next vacation in his spare time. Most recently, Nghia completed a dream vacation with his wife and extended family throughout South East Asia last spring.
In 1990, he met Nguyet Tran and they wed that same year, going on to have a daughter, Vivian Hua. Nghia was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them a better life. He would often say, his family meant more to him than anything else in the world. Nghia was unendingly proud of Vivian and Nguyet and did everything he could to support them.
Anyone who knew Nghia knew that he was the most loving father, husband, brother and uncle that a family could ask for. Nghia is survived by his wife and daughter, his sisters and brothers, as well as a handful of beloved nieces and nephews.

The family requests that memorial donations be made to the Toronto General and Western Hospital Foundation. There will be a funeral service on Friday, March 5th, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Dixon-Garland Funeral Home and a visitation between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
