Obituary of Ruth Janet Brockest

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Ruth on Thursday, June7, 2019 at the age of 94. Predeceased by her husband Roy and eldest son John (Norrie). Beloved mother of Lorne (Margaret), Raymond (Nancy) and Paul (Gayle). Dear grandmother of Adam (Christie), Karen (Ryan), Tracey, Kerri (Ryan), Andrea (Trent) and Stacey.  Great Grandmother to 6. Friends may call at the Dixon-Garland Funeral Home, 166 Main Street Markham North, Markham on Monday June 10 from 1pm to 1:45pm, followed by a memorial service in the chapel at 1:45. In lieu of flowers the family wishes donations to the Diabetes Society of Canada. Special thank you to the staff of Woodhaven Nursing home for their care and help.
