It’s with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of an amazing wife and mother. On Tuesday, October 2^nd, 2018 Teresa passed away at the age of 56 after a long battle with depression. Teresa will be truly missed by her husband Andrew and three children, Lauren, Jonathan and Alex.

Teresa was born in Melbourne, Derbyshire, England on July 25^th, 1962 to John and Elizabeth Lander. She is survived by her brothers David and Peter. In 1998, Teresa moved to Toronto, Canada with her family. Despite the distance, she remained very close to her family and friends back home in England.

Teresa had an aura about her. Wherever she went, she lit up the entire room.Teresa lived, loved and laughed. She will never be forgotten. Teresa is no longer hurting and can now rest in peace. Her legacy will be lived on by the many hearts that she touched.

Teresa’s Celebration of Life will be held at Unionville Presbyterian Community Church, 600 Village Pkwy, Markham, ON, on Friday, October 12^th, 2018. The service will begin at 1:30 p.m. with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
