Constance (Connie) Weaver

With a heavy heart the family announces the passing of Connie on May 26, 2018 in her 88^th year.  Predeceased by her beloved Maurice, she will be forever remembered by her children: Michael, Diane (Gary) and cherished grandson Kevin.  She will be fondly remembered by all her nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and neighbours.  Many thanks to all the caregivers and neighbours for your comfort and support. Family and friends will be received at Dixon-Garland Funeral Home, 166 Main Street North, Markham on Friday June 8, 2018 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A mass will be held on Saturday, June 9, 2018,10 a.m. at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 5633 Hwy 7, Markham.   Interment will follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, 8361 Yonge St, Thornhill.
